Remember cancellation made with less than a 24-hour notice after scheduling visits significantly limits our ability to make the appointment available for another patient in need. We require 24 hours to request an appointment cancellation. Email us or call/text on the email and number above for cancellations.

Appointments not canceled in the time frame will be assessed a fee of $75 for late cancellations and missed appointments. After 3 missed appointments, the patient is dismissed from the practice.

After you fill the appointment form with your information send us an email on iamustogether22@gmail.com or text us on 832-422-7729 stating you have submitted your appointment request. We will validate and get back to you if the appointment has been accepted.
